The snacks are based on berries, which can be served fresh, like fruit salad, with yogurt or in the form of a smoothie. The detox effect is assured and in just 5 days you will lose 3 kg, but above all you will feel much lighter. In fact, this diet also has a draining effect, helping to deflate the belly and reactivate microcirculation, essential for eliminating cellulite.
