A cup of coffee in the morning helps reduce the risk of cancer. This is demonstrated by scientific research
A coffee in the morning to reduce the risk of getting cancer. This is the result of recent research that has shown how coffee you drink in the morning can help counteract the onset of cancer. A cup of magic made in Italy drink a day would help not only to relieve stress, but also to protect the body from one of the most insidious diseases ever.
The study in question was published in the prestigious scientific journal International Journal of Cancer which reported the results of a team of Japanese researchers who managed to link coffee intake with the decrease in the onset of brain cancer. The experiment, which ran from 1990 to 2012, involved 106,324 people (50,438 men and 55,886 women) who were monitored by the Japan Public Health Center-based (JPHC) team.
The Japanese one is not the first study to highlight the power of coffee in cancer prevention. Some time ago, in fact, a Swedish research by the Karolinska Institutet had shown how coffee consumption was important to reduce the risk of the onset of breast cancer. After comparing the consumption of coffee and the lifestyle between women with breast cancer and healthy women, the researchers found that among the drinkers of the famous drink there was a lower percentage of tumor onset. A research by Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School some time ago had linked coffee consumption to skin cancer prevention, after analyzing 112,000 women and men in 20 years.
On the other hand, in addition to being good, coffee also provides many benefits to those who consume it (obviously always in a moderate way). It helps reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, protects the heart from heart disease, but is also an excellent mental stimulant and has antioxidant properties.
