Fitness of the future: group retreat on the coast of the Gulf of Finland

The five-day fitness tour program is designed to help you physically and mentally recover after the long January holidays, as well as lay the foundation for active longevity.

The first step with which the program begins is laboratory and instrumental diagnostics of the body’s condition. Afterwards – daily group classes with certified First Line trainers, as well as innovative therapy, which will be accompanied by a mentor doctor. Among the procedures: cryotherapy, sessions in oxygen and detox capsules, bioacoustic brain correction, a complex of therapeutic massages and wraps.

You can stay in one of 70 designer rooms equipped with private treatment rooms where you can comfortably perform a massage or insert IVs. The mobile application will help you not to miss procedures – notifications will warn you in advance about a group lesson, massage or upcoming meeting with a doctor.

The menu, compiled according to the principles of proper nutrition, surprises with a variety of tastes and combinations – chef Igor Sverlov is responsible for it. A mentor doctor will help you decide on a nutrition plan after the first consultation. For example, he can recommend a menu aimed at cellular renewal or express detox.

After a busy day, you can spend the evening in the resort’s lecture hall, where intellectual meetings with doctors are held on the topics of preventive personalized medicine, systemic detoxification, women’s and men’s health, somnology and mental well-being.

What should you expect from the program? Its authors promise that as a result of completing the fitness tour, physical fitness, coordination of movements and general endurance will improve, metabolism will be activated and weight will decrease, muscles will become stronger, and most importantly, energy and vitality will return. At the end of the fitness tour, each participant will receive a developed personal strategy for a healthy lifestyle, following which you can learn to manage your health, prolong youth and lay the foundations for a long and energetic life.
