The fruits most used in the preparation of flavored water or detox water are citrus fruits, kiwi, peaches, grapes, pineapple and red fruits, while among the vegetables cucumbers, fennel and celery are often used.

The process to obtain the flavored water then takes a few minutes: after having washed and coarsely cut the fruit and vegetables, they are placed in the jug, add aromatic herbs and spices to taste and cover with mineral or filtered water, smooth. or even carbonated.
