From suits to ribbon pendants: inspired by fashion brand shoots

Gloria Jeans

The brand launched the premium line GJ Black. It includes structured jackets, laconic trousers, shirt dresses and combinations, draped midi skirts, knit tops, and accent trench coats.

12 Storeez

The brand presented a capsule of swimwear for the summer. It includes both new items and already favorite models. The swimsuits are made from certified recycled nylon, which 12 Storeez has worked with for the third season in a row.

“The colors of the beach collection are dark chocolate and baked clay, which beautifully highlight the tan, as well as classic black and milky shades that appear in the capsule from year to year,” says Irina Golomazdina, creative director of 12 Storeez. “These shades will be relevant for many seasons to come and can be combined with our textiles, knitted and cut jerseys, as well as accessories: flip-flops, beach bags and cosmetic bags.”

KChTZ

The Best of Moscow clothing collection, which is dedicated to the names of various districts of the capital, has been replenished with new names: Khamovniki, TSAO, Chertanovo. A total of 12 titles are planned to be used.

“We are confident that Khamovniki, Central Administrative District, Chertanovo and all the other corners of the city beloved by our hearts are a brand and a sign that distinguishes each of us in the crowd and that we want to share,” the brand team comments on the collection. “At a meeting with friends, on the way from training, while walking the dog in your neighborhood – you are at home and you want to declare it.”

The spring lingerie collection Lazy Morning includes new items (cropped cardigan, long sleeve and tops) and bestsellers (bras, bodysuits, briefs, tangas, shorts, shirts) from the Underwear and Loungewear lines. The collection’s color palette ranges from berry shades to lilac-pink and blue-gray.

NetWork

The collection for women and men again plays with the mixture of styles: classic, casual and sports. The main thing is relevance and comfort. The women’s line includes jackets, trousers, blouses, a variety of skirts and dresses, and Bermuda shorts, while the men’s line includes cropped trench coats, light jackets, pullovers and cardigans, inspired by the images of naval officers and travelers of the 20th century.

Peserico

The women’s part of the new collection, “Keepers of Their Work,” is inspired by Peggy Guggenheim and Venice, for which the art collector and philanthropist had a special love. The collection contains a lot of cotton and linen, weaves of threads and yarns reminiscent of fishing nets. The dominant shades are pink, coral and terracotta, as well as colors inspired by Venetian plaster – a shade of light beige and the color of Murano glass – light lilac.

The Peacock Eye butterfly is the main character of the new collection. At the beginning, Oksana Lavrentyeva, the founder of the brand, drew a mandala with a butterfly as a symbol of transformation. Then artist Ksenia Dronova joined the work and turned Oksana’s drawing into a print.

About author

I pass by being that person liable to duty, but who cannot resist the flights of imagination. I have always loved the legends, the myths and the stories of the old and distant times with my whole being. In high school I fell in love with the history of art and I made it the object of my university studies. Once I graduated, I dusted off an old flame: that of children's literature. I rediscovered the beauty and importance of illustrated books and books, where, to a quality text, images are added that give strength and enrich what is narrated with meaning. It can be said that illustrators often make real works of art! It was then that I decided to follow this passion of mine both as a volunteer, entering the ranks of readers born to read, and in my work as a librarian. I am a greedy devoured of illustrated books (I have an absolute weakness for the stories that have bears or wolves as protagonists!), I love simple stories that know how to strike and surprise. I hate pigeon-holed books in a specific age group and readers in a certain category of readings. I think everyone is different and deserves to choose (and be chosen by the books) without constraints, in complete freedom! [email protected]
