How to brush your hair the right way

Carefully brushing your hair is essential to their health and well-being

Brushing the hair is good because it allows the nutritional properties of the products to be completely absorbed and, at the same time, makes the hair more voluminous. But sometimes it's not easy to manage your hair. First of all, it is advisable to brush hair every day for at least one minute in the morning and in the evening before going to sleep in order to eliminate impurities.

Furthermore, it is advisable to use a real technique to brush the hair in the most suitable way. Position yourself upside down and brush the hair moving from the nape to the forehead. Repeat the procedure starting from the sides and moving towards the center of the head avoiding sudden movements.

Always carefully apply the balm or a restructuring mask before proceeding to brushing as these products will give the hair all the nutrients it needs making them soft and vigorous. It is preferable to avoid brushing the hair when it is still wet because it is more fragile and delicate.

The type of brush also plays an important role: if the hair is long, it is advisable to use a wide and flat brush with wild boar hair, but if it is short hair, a small flat brush is preferable. Furthermore, if the hair tends to knot easily, a wide-toothed comb is the ideal solution.

Finally, a fundamental suggestion for a proper brushing of your hair, is to avoid brushing your hair using metal brushes as, in addition to running the risk of causing scratches to the scalp, they break and damage your hair. Even plastic brushes are not recommended because they tend to generate electricity and break hair.
