High-cut, with laces, high-waisted: here's how to choose the bikini bottom!
Choosing the bottom of the swimsuit may seem a difficult and complicated thing, but it is not so: today we have the possibility to compose our swimwear by combining the top and bottom pieces according to our needs, even choosing the bottom becomes simpler: just pay attention to a few small details. Here are my tips for you.
How to choose the bottom of the swimsuit: pay attention to the materials and seams
It is something that is often not paid attention to, but which is instead of great importance: the material of the swimsuit must be soft, in order to adapt well to the perhaps of our body. Similarly, the seams must also be made with soft thread and with rivets that do not harden the hems, because otherwise the effect will be that the briefs will mark the buttocks, unless they are super firm.
How to choose the bottom of the swimsuit: high side
If you prefer to wrap the abdomen more, then a high-waisted slip will be preferable, therefore with a high side. Depending on the look you prefer, you can choose it above or below the navel. The higher you prefer it, the more it will be appropriate to make sure that the fabrics are of excellent quality, because the risk is that they are not very breathable and make you sweat.
How to choose the bottom of the swimsuit: legs
The high side also works well on more high-cut models, especially if you have a soft side and don't like thin, non-adjustable laces that would mark the soft shapes. But be careful to choose the correct size, otherwise even the high side will be more marked.
How to choose the bottom of the swimsuit: adjustable laces
If you don't have particularly soft hips, the slip with adjustable straps might be the one for you. You can choose the one with the thin laces, to be tied in a bow, or the one with the softer laces, for which a knot is enough. In any case, make sure that they rest on the side, without marking it.
How to choose the bikini bottom: brasiliane & co.
Very personal opinion: unless you are under the door or you really do not have your strong point in the B side, my advice is to avoid Brazilians and the like (including thongs). On the beach, as well as on the street, and everywhere in general, I find it much more elegant to cover and let it be understood, instead of completely discovering. And then, in short, let's remember that we are in costume: we are already more discovered than usual … right?
