The mix that makes you sleep well and for a long time

This herbal tea acts on the heart circulation by regularizing the beats, thanks to Hawthorn which calms any tachycardia, generated by agitation; contains Valerianwhich has a sedative action, while the Melissa it is effective against states of anxiety. Passionflower and Escolzia Californica then they promote taming and help prolong sleep, especially if you have interrupted sleep.

Recipe. Prepared in herbal medicine a mixture with 20 g of Hawthorn, flowers and bracts; 20 g of lemon balm leaves; 10 g of Valerian root; 30 g of Escolzia Californica and 20 g of Passiflora leaves. Then, before going to bed, put a pinch of the preparation, with three fingers, in a cup of boiling water (removed from the heat to the boil), cover and leave to infuse for ten minutes.

Keep the herbal tea on the bedside table and sip it slowly until you feel the pleasant abandonment of imminent sleep.

The herbs that make you fall asleep right away

If, on the other hand, you have had a stormy day, you are still affected by the tension and the agitation does not make you fall asleep, try this herbal tea with a mix of plants indicated when you are still emotionally upset and cannot calm the insomnia thoughts. Sweet clover And Valerian have a sedative action, while Hawthorn And Passionflower they help to calm restlessness, perhaps I am relieved of the ease of anger.
