For example, coffee, green tea or even worse cigarettes in the long run, in fact, could yellow your teeth.

It therefore becomes essential to intervene through effective methods in order to revive the whiteness of the teeth. First of all is bicarbonate. It will be enough to combine half a teaspoon of baking soda with half a teaspoon of table salt to give rise to a compound capable of guaranteeing perfect results. To improve the flavor of this mixture it is advisable to add a small dose of essential mint oil. At this point all that remains is to use this solution as a normal toothpaste and rub it on the teeth.

However, it is important to perform this procedure only once a week, as excessive use could ruin the enamel. Food can also play a key role in whitening teeth. For example, fruits and vegetables such as carrots, strawberries, celery, pears and apples can help make teeth much whiter. The effectiveness is given precisely by the contact of the saliva with these foods, from which develops a real antibacterial function. Simply rub the strawberries daily on the teeth to remove any stains. The same effect can be obtained from the inside of the orange peel.

Furthermore, water, the most important drink in the world, can also be a perfect ally for tooth whitening. It will be enough to take the good habit of rinsing for 30 seconds at the end of meals to prevent the appearance of spots. Finally, a little trick is to always dilute a drink with another substance. For example, combining cream or milk in a cup of coffee alleviates the effects of chemistry and reduces the risk of stains on the teeth.
