Ilaria D’Amico and Gianluigi Buffon have always been very reserved, as far as their private life is concerned, and on this occasion they were no less. Thus, the 47th birthday of the talented presenter passed away from social media, probably with a splendid family party.
These days, Ilaria D'Amico has ended up in the center of media attention due to her farewell to football: "They have been incredible years, since we were in the beginning, with so many empty suitcases to fill. I had fun, excited and passionate every minute of my live shows and this was possible thanks to my traveling companions "- said the presenter during her last live broadcast, at the end of the Champions League final.
As the face of Sky Sport for 18 years, Ilaria has thus announced that she wants to dedicate herself to something completely new. And although we are already talking about an innovative format with a topical theme, at the moment it all boils down to a few indiscretions. D’Amico, rather, seems committed only to enjoying a few days of relaxation, after a long time spent following the incessant television rhythms.
And perhaps it is precisely for this reason, always surrounded by the spotlights in her professional life, that the presenter likes to keep secrecy about what happens "behind the scenes". Ilaria D'Amico has never made much use of social networks, preferring rather to experience emotions in real time, keeping them for herself and for her family. Even on her birthday, she put aside her Instagram profile and dedicated herself to her closest loved ones, certainly celebrating with friends and family.
Even Gigi Buffon, apparently, has decided to give up on the wishes on the web. If it is true that some beautiful photos portraying his family sometimes arrive from him, such as those that testify to their splendid summer, on this occasion also the Juventus goalkeeper preferred to keep the social silence.
On the other hand, you don't need many words when you love each other, and it is clear that between Buffon and Ilaria D’Amico everything is going well. The years in which their love continued to end up on the front page as scandal news, when Gigi was still linked to Alena Seredova, are long gone. And the many tensions that have been smoldering under the ashes of a story that ended in a difficult way have gradually diminished, so much so that today the Croatian model has found a good relationship with her ex-husband, even for the sake of their children.
However, there is something that cannot be erased: the harsh words with which D'Amico was pointed out, the "family ruin" that destroyed the harmony of a splendid couple. The journalist, just a few days ago, returned to talk about that difficult moment in her life, venting on the pages of Il Fatto Quotidiano: "There is the horrendous taste of wanting to hold a woman always responsible for the end of something. When Gigi and I met we were already mature and responsible people, returning from highly compromised relationships and very painful periods ".
