- 50 g of coffee grounds
- 100 g of sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch (cornstarch)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Lemon zest to taste
Do this: mix all the ingredients and create a soft mixture. Apply it with circular movements on the legs, starting from the ankles and reaching the groin, in this way you will also help the lymphatic system.
