1 persimmon, lettuce and walnut salad (1/2 persimmon + 100 g of lettuce leaves + 4 walnut kernels) dressed with 1 teaspoon of linseed oil, lemon juice and a few drops of lime

1 persimmon blended with the juice of 1/2 lemon, ginger to taste and mint leaves

1 persimmon, radicchio and pear salad (1/2 persimmon, 100 g radicchio leaves, 1 pear) dressed with 1 teaspoon of linseed oil, lemon juice and a few drops of lime
