Here is the report card of Phoebe Dynevor's looks, Bridgerton's Daphne
Could I miss some comments on the looks of Phoebe Dynevor, aka Daphne Bridgerton, star of the Netflix TV series "Bridgerton", the most viewed in recent weeks? Never! Here I am ready to check with you if Phoebe is always able to stand out… off the set!
Phoebe Dynevor's look report card: black dress and contrasting XL sleeves
The color mix works and the dress as a whole is elegant. However, something is missing that gives light: a necklace, a brooch, a detail on the hairstyle, a shiny or metal clutch would have lightened the whole. Vote 8.
Phoebe Dynevor's look report card: with python top and frayed jeans
So: the mix of colors works, but it is the set of garments that could have been better constructed. The length of the jacket with the long top is not the best and the nude pumps under the frayed jeans are a no for me. They would have been much better black or, by totally changing register, an amphibian or a more rock shoe would have been fine too. Then the orange eyeshadow doesn't help. Grade 7 (because I'm very good).
Phoebe Dynevor's look report card: with two-tone dress
Help, we're not there. The proportions of the dress drastically shorten the bust and the soft bow instead of giving volume to the décolleté, it mortifies it. The sequin skirt combined with the polka dot veil is another no for me. We could have done much better, too bad! Grade 5.
Phoebe Dynevor's look report card: with the gypsy dress
The dress itself is pretty and the proportions are fine, I also really like the neckline with a see-through effect. The leather shoulder bag is also perfect. What's wrong? The nude décolleté: if you want a slightly gypsy look, a leather sandal is better, also high and tied at the ankle. I like hoop earrings, while I like the wet effect hairstyle less. A very simple soft and messy fold would have been perfect. Grade 7.
