If you don't plan to go to the beach this summer but still want to show off a cheeky and wavy hair like those that only a day at the beach gives you, here is the salt spray to come to your aid.

The salt spray for hair, also known as sea salt spray, is a product that recreates the sea effect in the hair or the famous beach waves, so fashionable not only on the beach. On the market there are countless products ready to be sprayed on the hair, but if you want to recreate it at home with totally natural products: the quick and easy recipe.

First get yourself a spray, which will be your container. For the solution you will need 500 ml of distilled water, half a tablespoon of Dead Sea sea salt or Himalayan pink salt, a teaspoon of balm, one or two drops of coconut or sweet almond oil and a few drops of essential oil for give the spray the fragrance you prefer. Put the water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil, then add the salt and let it melt. Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing the mixture and let it cool completely before pouring it into the spray.

Your salt spray is ready to use. To optimize results, vaporize the solution evenly on damp hair and, if possible, let it dry naturally. If in addition to the rough effect you want your salt spray to also give you a lightening effect on your hair, add a camomile infusion to the recipe.
