Drinking water helps to burn calories, but also to tone and oxygenate the skin with a positive anti-aging effect
The first secret is to drink at least two and a half liters of water a day. Almost everyone knows that now, but the statistics continue to speak of an average that consumes not even a can of water a day. Yet besides being the vital principle par excellence it is also the ally number one to keep fit and always have a luminous and hydrated skin, not only from the inside, but also from the outside, perhaps spraying vaporized thermal water, rich in calcium, magnesium, iron and silicon and capable of making the skin more toned, refreshed, oxygenated and soft.
And then the water is zero calories but manages to alleviate hunger. An American study has revealed that those who drink very little water burn 30% fewer calories than those who are used to sipping them in quantity. The ideal are 8/12 glasses a day accompanied by the right foods, first of all lettuce, cucumber spinach and green beans, tomatoes, zucchini, strawberries, peaches, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, watermelon, but also low-fat cheese, ricotta and tuna natural, or ice cream, mozzarella and even pasta.
Furthermore, to ensure a toned body at any age, just a few small beauty tricks are needed, such as massaging the breast, buttocks, hips, thighs and feet at the end of the shower, with jets of cold water, from bottom to top and with circular movements to give energy to the circulation and a lash to the skin. Or bathe your eyes in the morning with two moistened gauzes and let cool in the freezer for a few minutes so as to eliminate the swelling around the eyes.
Finally: the more you drink and the more you eliminate. Of the excess held back in the skin tissues. In this way, toxins are eliminated by reducing cellulite and swelling, perhaps with the aid of water retention, pineapple centrifugation, to be consumed in the morning, on an empty stomach (bromelain contained in this tropical fruit has strong anti-inflammatory properties) or with low-fat, rich yoghurt of lactic ferments that help the intestine and facilitate the elimination of waste.
