- Normal hair

The appearance of the hair is rough, dry, brittle and dull. Too violent treatments worsen the situation: beware of hair dryer, straightener, discoloration and permanent. Dry hair often has split ends and breaks easily.

- Fat hair
When the hair looks oily and shiny, when it looks weighted down and gets dirty easily, its nature is oily. This phenomenon is due to an abundant sebaceous secretion: in general it is a constitutional problem but it can be the result of a stressful life for the hair: disordered nutrition and environmental pollution. Who has this hair tends to wash it very often, even every day: attention too much soap could cause a worsening of the situation.

- Hair falling out

We need proteins (glycine and cystine), trace elements, vitamins and amino acids.

A "do it yourself" solution recommends rubbing the scalp with a couple of spoons of grappa: a treatment to be applied in the evening and to be rinsed when you wake up. Instead of grappa, there are those who use an infusion of rosemary leaves.
- Treated hair
Treated and colored hair needs special care. The agents contained in the dyes, smoothing agents and products for the permanent weaken them. The shampoo must be very delicate and specific, so that it maintains the characteristics of the treatment and at the same time protects the hair.
To restore brightness and vigor, try a pack made with almond oil, walnut or calendula.
- White hair
Hair loses cells that contain melanin and begins to grow depigmented, white. Sometimes you can see a single half colored and half white hair, it's the transition period. The age in which hair grows white can vary due to hereditary factors, stress or even a shock. A balanced diet, with the right amount of B vitamins and minerals, can delay this appointment. Yogurt, brewer's yeast, fruit and vegetables must always be present in the diet. A teaspoon of baking soda in the last rinse gives light to a white or grizzled head. Some natural remedies can also be used against yellowing: centaurea montana, sage or tea leaves.
- Hair with dandruff
The dandruff that is seen on the hair is the unsightly effect of a real ailment that causes excessive scaling of the scalp, for an accelerated change of skin cells. Hair is dull and brittle and often itching and / or greasiness are associated with dandruff. There are many causes: from nutrition to psychological problems. The treatments must be specific and delicate, to prevent an aggravation of the phenomenon of dandruff. Oil wraps and massages can also be used.
