Kate Middleton and Prince William have posted some very tender messages from their children for Lady Diana on Instagram
Kate Middleton, the pink look is a charm
On the occasion of Mother's Day William and Kate have published drawings and letters made by their three children George, Charlotte and Louis. But the recipient of the sweet messages is not the Duchess: the little ones wanted to remember their grandmother Diana, who passed away 24 years ago.
The drawings and handwritten letters by the princes were shared from the official Instagram profile of the Dukes of Cambridge, and were accompanied by a very touching message:
Mother's Day will be different this year too. Many of us are separated from their loved ones, but are looking forward to a time in the not too distant future when they will be able to hug their mothers again. But for those who are grieving, it can be especially challenging today. Every year, for Mother's Day, George, Charlotte and Louis make William cards to remember their grandmother, Diana. Whatever circumstances you are experiencing, we are close to you on this Mother's Day.
The children created three different cards for Lady Diana, paying homage to her with sweet words. In the first letter the little prince George wrote: “Dear grandmother Diana, happy mother's day. I love you very much and I always think of you. With so much love, George ”, accompanying the handwritten words to a drawing of a landscape with trees and flying birds.
Charlotte also left a moving thought in black and white, alongside a colorful heart: “Dear grandmother Diana, I think of you for Mother's Day, I love you very much. Dad misses you. Charlotte ". Finally, the little one of the house, Louis, painted a heart with tempera and attached stickers to a card accompanied by his name.
And while Kate and William publish a tender post like the one for Mother's Day, the words spoken by Meghan and Harry still resonate during the interview with Oprah Winfrey. According to rumors, the couple would still be deeply shaken by the statements of the Dukes of Sussex.
It is no coincidence that during her last public appearance Kate Middleton sported a look in shades of pink to send a message of serenity. For his part, William wanted to respond to his brother with a lapidary statement ("We are absolutely not a racist family"), but the question is far from closed: "I have not yet talked to my brother, but I will", he affirmed.
