What is the recipe for this Niçoise salad?
“All you need is a bed of greens and raw vegetables, along with sliced hard-boiled eggs, canned tuna, rinsed beans, jarred marinated artichoke hearts, avocado and olives” explains the dietitian.
In detail, the expert recommends:
- 750 g of washed green vegetables, such as salad or green beans, for example;
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced;
- 1/4 diced avocado;
- 100g tuna in oil;
- 4 olives ;
- 80 g of beans;
- 4 artichoke hearts;
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- Lemon juice, salt and pepper, to taste.
Simply mix the ingredients in a large salad bowl. For the vinaigrette, the specialist recommends drizzling your salad with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
