Preparation method:

  • Boil water and add oregano (fresh or dried)
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes
  • Set aside the infusion for a few minutes
  • Pour it into a bowl of warm (not hot) water
  • Dip your feet into the bowl and soak them for 15-20 minutes
  • After bathing, dry your feet with a towel.
  • Although oregano baths are safe and natural, there are certain cases in which they should be avoided. Patients with open wounds, cuts, or serious foot infections should consult a doctor before trying this recipe.
