But the latest one, the 'boyfriend blush', seems particularly surprising. Because this inspiration is in no way innovative, as the specialist herself declares in a video. “The terms 'boyfriend blush' are not new. I heard about this trend years ago, maybe even a decade ago. It is even omnipresent in haute couture, fashion shows and editorial looks“, she explains. And to associate this trend with the naturally reddened cheeks, not of Bella Hadid or Hailey Bieber, but… of princes Harry and William. “They both have this redness here (showing hollow cheekbones), and it's going down. It gives a young, sporty look“, she says in a video liked by thousands of people.
But then how to achieve a 'boyfriend blush'? The method is quite simple since it simply involves applying your blush to a specific location, in this case under the cheekbone, and with a very characteristic shape, namely a triangle. Nothing too bad, in short, since the final step consists of blending everything using a simple brush. This way, the healthy glow effect would seem more natural, according to the professional makeup artist – and the many social users who have tested and adopted the trend.

Still according to the expert, this method would have the advantage of being suitable for absolutely all face shapes (oval, round, etc.). Only the size of the triangle would differ to offer a natural healthy glow to those who succumb to the 'boyfriend blush' trend.
