Do you use one or more dating apps to find love? Know that not all profiles are appreciated in the same way. The dating site Seeking unveils a study highlighting the most “liked” profiles in Europe and Europe.
When you start using dating apps, the goal is to please, of course. But not all profiles are equal. The Seeking.com site reveals which ones get the most likes, in Europe and in Europe.
The man starts the conversation, more than 6 times out of 10
For this study, the site analyzed various data, such as age, tobacco or alcohol consumption habits, education level and even personal preferences.
When it comes to age, older men are the most popular. In fact, the men who receive the most likes are between 40 and 49 years old. It's the opposite for women, the youngest, between 21 and 29 years old, are the most popular profiles, at 47%.
And in the majority, it is these gentlemen who start a conversation when a profile interests them, with 62% of men at the origin of the first message, compared to only 38% of women.
Discretion for men, a luxurious lifestyle for women
The site further its investigation by studying the tags, or keywords, most appreciated by men and women on a European scale.
For the former, it is about discretion, flexible hours and emotional relationships. As for these ladies, their favorite tags are a luxurious lifestyle, gourmet appointments as well as discretion.
In Europe, we find emotional relationships for men as well as the absence of constraints. In women, it is always about a luxurious lifestyle, but also an attentive partner.
Non-smoking and childless profiles are the most popular
Unlike alcohol, which remains a popular element, cigarettes are truly repulsive. In 90% of cases, the profiles sought are non-smokers.
Having children would also have a pushback effect. In fact, 93% of popular female profiles do not have one, compared to 52% for men.
In terms of education, the most liked profiles are those with a high level of education and profiles of students, entrepreneurs or freelancers are the most popular. The last point studied by the study concerns physique and more particularly size.
The most popular men's profiles are rather tall (unsurprisingly!) with a height between 1.75 m and 1.85 m. For women, an average height is appreciated, with more popular profiles for women between 1.65 m and 1.75 m.

To summarize, we can combine these elements to determine the profile of the profiles that are the most successful on these apps. It's about :
