There are many recipes that will allow us to prepare a mint mask. For the “basic” version, we will only need two ingredients: mint and lemon. Blend a few fresh mint leaves or crush them in a mortar. Then add the squeezed juice of 1/4 lemon. Blend everything thoroughly until a smooth mass is obtained. The mask can be applied in spots, on imperfections, or on the entire face. Leave it for about 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. It can be used 2-3 times a week. However, you must be careful not to dry out the skin. For this purpose, you can add fresh cucumber or a spoonful of Greek yogurt to the mask.

Another recipe for a mint mask will be a moisturizing mask with the addition of oatmeal and honey. We will need:

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Half a cup of oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Put the mint and oatmeal into a blender and mix thoroughly. Then add honey and one tablespoon of water. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
