Over the knee boots, loafers, boots: the most fashionable shoes of the fall-winter 2024 season

Over the knee boots, loafers, boots: the most fashionable shoes of the fall-winter 2024 season

Old-new loafers

Loafers, of course, are not the same pair that promises a wow effect. On the other hand, how to look at them. For example, Nicolas Ghesquière for Louis Vuitton came up with a pair with an impressive heel, and Simon Rocha decorated them with ties.

I like the blunt-nosed ones with rough soles of Coperni (they can be found in KM20) and geometric ones in black and white like the local Idol.

Over the knee boots in an autumn palette

Designers are planning to take the heights this fall (and are warmly recommended to us) in boots of all shades of autumn: from caramel like Fendi and Chemena Kamali’s cinnamon at Chloe to olive at Maximilian Davis from Ferragamo.

We find boots in burgundy color at Paris Texas (you can safely try them on at TSUM), and in milk chocolate at Mario Berlucci. Not in the color of autumn, but incredibly beautiful ones in boiling white are in the Lime collection. We also give them a big like.

Motorcycle or biker boots

The kind in which both through fire and copper pipes. Translated from figurative to literal – and in bad weather with jeans and a biker jacket and on bare feet with a vintage dress. For all of the above purposes, those with laces and with scuffs, like Prada’s in Miu Miu, seem excellent, and those that are just a little, but still mimic the Cossacks, like Valentino’s.

On the local market, Idol has a polished toe and in the right shade, and Befree has fashionable buckles and rich brown.

Animal print

We continue to tame wild (and not so wild) animals (and reptiles) and, at the same time, practice the skills of styling animal print with components of any wardrobe. How to wear a leopard is suggested by Maria Grazia Chiuri in Dior (spoiler: a beige trench coat helps) and Isabelle Marant (the Frenchwoman likes boho style), while Simone Rocha comes (and very successfully) to the side of artiodactyls.

About author

I pass by being that person liable to duty, but who cannot resist the flights of imagination. I have always loved the legends, the myths and the stories of the old and distant times with my whole being. In high school I fell in love with the history of art and I made it the object of my university studies. Once I graduated, I dusted off an old flame: that of children's literature. I rediscovered the beauty and importance of illustrated books and books, where, to a quality text, images are added that give strength and enrich what is narrated with meaning. It can be said that illustrators often make real works of art! It was then that I decided to follow this passion of mine both as a volunteer, entering the ranks of readers born to read, and in my work as a librarian. I am a greedy devoured of illustrated books (I have an absolute weakness for the stories that have bears or wolves as protagonists!), I love simple stories that know how to strike and surprise. I hate pigeon-holed books in a specific age group and readers in a certain category of readings. I think everyone is different and deserves to choose (and be chosen by the books) without constraints, in complete freedom! [email protected]
