Pour 15 finely chopped chestnuts, 2 tablespoons of chamomile flowers and 2 tablespoons of rowan flowers into the pot. Then add 3 cups of goose lard and heat it all for about 30 minutes over low heat. Remember to avoid burning. Once it has cooled down, strain the ointment and store it in the refrigerator. You can use it for muscle inflammation and sore, tired legs. Moreover, the ointment has excellent anti-cellulite properties.
