Rive Gauche brought the Turkish perfume brand Atelier Rebul

In 2018, the brand received the award as “The most successful revenue-generating brand in Turkey.” The company has a large assortment: perfumes, body care products, fragrances and sprays for the home, candles, diffusers.

The brand’s bestseller is the oriental woody fragrance Istanbul, which marked the beginning of the collection of the same name. The compositions are designed to convey the atmosphere of the bazaars and baths of Istanbul. The founder of the line reveals fresh notes of bergamot, complemented by cinnamon, saffron and cloves. They are replaced by a floral accord of violet, jasmine and black orchid. At the end there are notes of vanilla, amber, musk, cedar, patchouli, sandalwood and oud.

HFC Paris launched Fly to Miracle, a fragrance inspired by fairy tales

Perfumer Vincent Ricord, famous for such fragrances as Blue Rise (Lalique), Fabulous Tian Shan (Salvador Dali), Jardin de Madagascar (Isabel Derroisné / ID Parfums), and works for HFC Paris, was tasked with recreating the atmosphere of fantasy and magic. The sparkling cocktail opens with notes of pink pomelo, mandarin, pink pepper and lisylang. The floral-fruity core sounds like musky flower, jasmine and white currant. The finale brings out the warmth of musk, cashmere, patchouli and ambergris. HFC Paris pays special attention to the design of bottles. This time the brand invited Spanish illustrator Arturo Elena, who collaborated with Cosmopolitan, Elle, Loewe, Chanel, L’Oreal Paris. For the new fragrance, Elena came up with adorable bears in bright dresses.

Natura Siberica presents the “European Northern Collection”, inspired by Gzhel painting

The European brand has developed a line of 22 face, body and hair care products. The formulas, as always, contain natural ingredients: extracts and oils of Siberian herbs and berries – ginseng, cedar, polar blueberry, Altai sea buckthorn and others.

An exclusive design for product packaging was developed by artists from the Gzhel association, located in the Moscow region, in the area of the famous “Gzhel bush” (Ramensky district, Moscow region), where the production of blue-and-white ceramics began more than 700 years ago. Experts created a floral print manually (without using a computer) from intricately intertwined images of Siberian herbs and berries. The artists chose two traditional painting directions: cobalt blue patterns on a white background and white and gold painting on a dark blue background (“solid cobalt”).

About author

I pass by being that person liable to duty, but who cannot resist the flights of imagination. I have always loved the legends, the myths and the stories of the old and distant times with my whole being. In high school I fell in love with the history of art and I made it the object of my university studies. Once I graduated, I dusted off an old flame: that of children's literature. I rediscovered the beauty and importance of illustrated books and books, where, to a quality text, images are added that give strength and enrich what is narrated with meaning. It can be said that illustrators often make real works of art! It was then that I decided to follow this passion of mine both as a volunteer, entering the ranks of readers born to read, and in my work as a librarian. I am a greedy devoured of illustrated books (I have an absolute weakness for the stories that have bears or wolves as protagonists!), I love simple stories that know how to strike and surprise. I hate pigeon-holed books in a specific age group and readers in a certain category of readings. I think everyone is different and deserves to choose (and be chosen by the books) without constraints, in complete freedom! [email protected]
