Often mentioned in health matters for their dangerous side (poisoning linked to wild harvesting in particular) we sometimes forget that mushrooms are also excellent on the plate and for our health. Gérald Kierzek, emergency doctor at the Hôtel-Dieu in Paris and medical director of TipsForWomens will therefore be alongside Ali Rebeihi to discuss the health side of the mushroom, and the precautions necessary for Sunday pickers, accompanied by several guests to discuss all the facets of mushrooms:
