The main model of the Eigengrau collection is a limited-edition sun protection pair 221 Hz, which was developed by artificial intelligence. This is a laconic futuristic model with a contrasting combination of warm and cold shades. The glasses are presented in four colors, which were not chosen at random – the explanation can be found on the inside of the temple. The name of each pair refers to a specific frequency, according to the idea of Eigengrau, which helps to tune in to the world. The limited edition 221 Hz model was released in an edition of 300 copies.
The autumn-winter collection also includes other models of sunglasses (some are made in the signature graphite shade) and medical frames (most are presented in thin metal).
The philosophy of the Eigengrau brand is built around freedom of expression and naturalness. Each frame is created from Italian hypoallergenic acetate and medical steel, so the glasses are practically not felt, and if they are accidentally dropped, they will not lose their shape. In the manufacture of lenses, modern durable nylon is used, which is used in the construction of aircraft and spaceships. All glasses are made by hand in a factory in Hong Kong.
