It turns out that the presence of Omega-6 and Omega-3 acid regulates the secretion of sebum, so people struggling with oily skin and acne can count on the beneficial effects of ointments containing hemp oil.

Among other things, hemp oil was taken into account. According to the authors of the publication, proper care performed every day is necessary to keep the skin in good condition.
Unsaturated fatty acids play an important role in the regulation of sebum, which affects the lipid metabolism. Hemp oil is rich in γ-linolenic acid, or omega-6. Lubricating the skin with an ointment containing this ingredient prevents the keratinization process from being disturbed and the skin peeling faster.
