A batch of superior cooked ham from the U Saveurs brand has been recalled. This product may be contaminated with Listeria. For your health, it is therefore recommended not to consume it.

This batch of Superior Cooked Ham has been recalled due to a microbiological non-compliance. Indeed, analyzes of the product revealed traces of the Listeria bacteria. This may lead to a risk of listeriosis for the consumer. This bacterial infection can be serious and has an incubation period of eight weeks. Known symptoms include fever, headache and body aches.
