The Fonte beauty salon now offers its own signature massage “Balance of Energy”

The Fonte beauty salon (Barykovsky lane, 4, building 3) has welcomed a new massage and body care specialist, Alexandra Chassovska, who has developed her own signature massage “Balance of Energy”. It is aimed at relieving muscle and emotional tension, restoring the nervous system and improving overall well-being.

The procedure is inspired by such eastern practices as reiki, which activates human energy centers through hand touch, as well as qigong, which combines movement with breathing and meditation. The basis is classical massage and acupressure. During the procedure, attention is paid to deep tissues and muscles.

“My goal is to accumulate energy in the body and transfer it during a massage, helping a person restore their own vitality,” says Alexandra Chassowska. “After the massage, guests leave rested, as if they had had a deep sleep, and feel an emotional uplift.”

The specialist works with each guest individually. “Of course, there is a general sequence of actions, but I focus on a specific person and on the sensations of my own hands, with which I read his state and the request of the body,” adds Chassovska. “To better understand the principle, you need to come to me for a massage at least once and form your own impression.”

The 1.5 hour massage is performed using cosmetics from the French brand Thalion.

About author

I pass by being that person liable to duty, but who cannot resist the flights of imagination. I have always loved the legends, the myths and the stories of the old and distant times with my whole being. In high school I fell in love with the history of art and I made it the object of my university studies. Once I graduated, I dusted off an old flame: that of children's literature. I rediscovered the beauty and importance of illustrated books and books, where, to a quality text, images are added that give strength and enrich what is narrated with meaning. It can be said that illustrators often make real works of art! It was then that I decided to follow this passion of mine both as a volunteer, entering the ranks of readers born to read, and in my work as a librarian. I am a greedy devoured of illustrated books (I have an absolute weakness for the stories that have bears or wolves as protagonists!), I love simple stories that know how to strike and surprise. I hate pigeon-holed books in a specific age group and readers in a certain category of readings. I think everyone is different and deserves to choose (and be chosen by the books) without constraints, in complete freedom! [email protected]
