Eliminating for a few days the proteins derived from foods of animal origin, meat and fish in particular, lightens the work of the organs responsible for digestion (liver and intestine) and reactivates the cellular functions that have been severely tested after the consumption of acid-forming foods like pasta and desserts, meat, fish and maybe a few more toasts.

Fruits and vegetables rich in ORAC (antioxidants) have an alkalizing action and allow the extracellular matrix to hydrate: in this way, fatty acids and toxins escape from the cells by osmosis and the fat cells decrease in size and detoxify. This is why it is important to purify yourself to lose weight.

The ideal foods

“The foods to choose are those that come from the earth”, explains the nutritionist. "So fruit, vegetables and legumes (the latter, as well as cooked leafy or flowered vegetables, to be used pureed with a vegetable mill, a tool that allows you to break the fibers contained in these foods and eliminate that unpleasant feeling of abdominal bloating experienced by many people after ingestion of these foods): a food strategy that increases the level of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria able to colonize the intestine, favoring the balance of the microflora of the gastrointestinal microbiota, an organ that in recent years has been the subject of numerous studies that have confirmed its valuable role in health.

Scientific research has allowed us to discover, for example, that this organ produces the digestive enzymes that the body needs; It also produces essential vitamins that the body cannot synthesize on its own, such as vitamin K and vitamins B12, B9 and B2. But not only that: today the bidirectional dialogue between intestine / brain and brain / intestine is confirmed. “Proteins, on the other hand, are given by eggs, which contain it in quantity and of high biological value, moreover. They are also rich in omega 3, iron and other essential nutrients for our health. Dairy products are also a good source of protein when you don't want to consume meat and fish for a few days. Preferably choosing HD ones, that is, highly digestible, especially if you have difficulty digesting lactose or if you experience symptoms such as swollen stomach, bloating and abdominal pain after consuming foods containing lactose ".
