A stuffed chicken from the Maître Coq brand and sold in E.Leclerc supermarkets has been recalled since December 21. Concern ? The use-by date contains an error, the meat will soon no longer be edible.

In its range of products and poultry, the Maître Coq brand currently offers a “chicken stuffed with porcini mushrooms and chanterelles cooked with parsley”, a holiday product.

Problem: in the Grand-Est, this product is currently sold with an incorrect expiration date.

It indicates a deadline of February 1, 2024…. While the product will no longer be edible after December 26, 2023.

Who is affected by this recall?

This chicken stuffed with porcini mushrooms and chanterelles cooked with parsley has been sold since December 16 in E.Leclerc stores in the Grand-Est departments: Côte-d’Or (21), Doubs (25), Jura (39), Haute -Marne (52), Moselle (57), Bas-Rhin (67), Haut-Rhin (68), Haute-Saone (70), Vosges (88), Territoire de Belfort (90).

What are the risks when purchasing?

Did you buy this chicken? According to the Rappel Conso website, the product remains consumable until December 26, 2023. After this date, it should no longer be served.
