This wooden car has been recalled because the end caps on the beige axles of the wheels can come off. This manufacturing defect presents a safety risk for children who use it. Indeed, the detachable parts are likely to be ingested by users, potentially causing a risk of suffocation. If the airways are completely blocked, there is a risk of respiratory arrest, which can cause severe brain damage.
