Thanks to social media such as Instagram or TikTok, knowledge about traditional tricks is spread, making them a hit among representatives of subsequent generations.

One such hit is acetylsalicylic acid, whose effect on the skin is similar to that of acids used in professional cosmetics. You can prepare a mask yourself, which will leave your skin smooth and nourished – just like after a visit to a professional salon.

The aspirin mask, although simple and effective, is not for everyone. Caution should be exercised by people with dry and irritation-prone skin, pregnant women, and people who are allergic to any ingredient of the drug or other ingredients of the mask.

Aspirin mask – recipe

How to prepare an aspirin mask? All you need is 3-4 aspirin tablets, crushed and dissolved in a teaspoon of water mixed with a teaspoon of natural yogurt. The finished product can be applied to the entire face or to places that particularly need a mask, e.g. the nose or forehead, if they are covered with pimples.

It is recommended to use according to individual needs, 1-5 times a month, no more than once a week. Before the first treatment, it is worth performing an allergy test by placing the ready-made mixture on a small part of unexposed skin.
