How was the TSUM Fashion Show at TSUM?

The traditional TSUM Fashion Show took place on the fifth floor of TSUM. The department store team demonstrated the main trends of the season, mixing the best models from the collections of Jil Sander, Dries Van Noten, Brunello Cucinelli, Kiton, Colombo, Maison Margiela, Petar Petrov, Agnona, MUST, Dolce & Gabbana. This time more than 70 female and male images were presented.

At the beginning of the show, the emphasis was on the play of color, for example, monochrome looks by Del Core and Agnona in blueberry and strawberry shades were complemented by accessories from Jil Sander, Valentino, Frenzlauer and shoes by Gianvito Rossi, Erika Cavallini and Rodo in mint and sea green. Rich colors were replaced by sand and cream dresses and suits by Armarium, Petar Petrov and Brunello Cucinelli with accessories by Nina Ricci, Lanvin and Cult Gaia. Afterwards it was time for safari, where denim combinations with linen and suede shirts, MUST and Manokhi trousers and skirts dominated, which were made in grassy and earthy shades.

The TSUM team could not ignore one of the main colors of the season – wine. It was represented by silk models from Loulou Studio and knitted ones from Maison Margiela. The play of textures was successfully emphasized by the gray and black colors used by designers CO, Helmut Lang, Jacquemus, Maison Margiela and Dolce & Gabbana.

TSUM fashion shows are always distinguished by their extraordinary setting and musical accompaniment. This time the guests found themselves in a field where the first flowers bloomed. Nika Kubrak and Efim Ginzburg were responsible for the music.

The show brought together TSUM clients, editors and influencers, including Ksenia Solovyova, Oksana Ponomareva, Alexander Perepelkin, Asmat Chkotua, Alexander Rogov, Ekaterina Mukhina, Natalia Arkhangelskaya and many others.

About author

I pass by being that person liable to duty, but who cannot resist the flights of imagination. I have always loved the legends, the myths and the stories of the old and distant times with my whole being. In high school I fell in love with the history of art and I made it the object of my university studies. Once I graduated, I dusted off an old flame: that of children's literature. I rediscovered the beauty and importance of illustrated books and books, where, to a quality text, images are added that give strength and enrich what is narrated with meaning. It can be said that illustrators often make real works of art! It was then that I decided to follow this passion of mine both as a volunteer, entering the ranks of readers born to read, and in my work as a librarian. I am a greedy devoured of illustrated books (I have an absolute weakness for the stories that have bears or wolves as protagonists!), I love simple stories that know how to strike and surprise. I hate pigeon-holed books in a specific age group and readers in a certain category of readings. I think everyone is different and deserves to choose (and be chosen by the books) without constraints, in complete freedom! [email protected]
