She recommends using oils before washing your hair, and using special heat-protective products before using a straightener or hair dryer.
Dry shampoo for hair
Another problem is excessive use of dry shampoo. If you notice that your hair is falling out more than usual, reconsider your hair care routine. Using dry shampoo too often can lead to clogged hair follicles, which in turn can cause excessive hair loss.
