What is the procedure to follow if you have these products?
These sachets have been recalled because they may contain metallic foreign bodies.
According to the government website Rappel Conso, the consumer who ingests this inert waste risks injury and suffers adverse effects such as gastrointestinal problems or respiratory complications.
It is therefore recommended that people who have one or more products described above not consume them, return them to the point of sale or destroy them.
It is also possible to contact the Casino brand’s consumer service at 08.00.13.30.16 as well as that of the Leader Price brand at 08.00.35.00.00, in order to obtain a refund.
The end date of the recall procedure is set for January 8, 2024 for products from Leader Price and Casino. For the unbranded sachet, the end date of the procedure is December 9, 2023.
