Hamburger steaks are subject to a product recall. The reason ? The presence of allergens not mentioned on the labeling. Find out what to do if you own this product.

Marketed between October 31 and November 16, 2023, Férial brand minced steaks have been recalled. According to the government website Rappel Conso, the product contains traces of allergens not mentioned on the labeling. If you are prone to allergies, it is therefore recommended to be careful.

What is the procedure to follow ?

These minced steaks were recalled because a check revealed the presence of onion slices not mentioned on the labeling. The product may contain other allergenic substances such as soy and gluten.

According to the government website Rappel Conso, the risks faced by consumers could be allergies, for those who are sensitive to substances not mentioned on the label.

Consumers are therefore invited to no longer consume this product and to return it to their point of sale. They can also contact consumer service at the contact number set up: 08.00.16.96.57, and benefit from a refund.

The end of the recall procedure is set for November 30, 2023.
