Dry feet are a problem that really affects a lot of women. That is why everyone is looking for a remedy that can be easy to apply.
First of all why do we often have dry feet? The answer is that there can be many answers.
The reasons, in fact, they can be multiple: the first is a very simple genetic predisposition. Each of us, in fact, has a different skin from the others and this often affects us.
Similarly, advancing age can also be a reason: the more time passes, the more the dermis thins and can become dry.
Other reasons, on the other hand, may be attributable to “external” factors, which do not depend on us, but on things we do.
The first is dehydration: drinking a little means that our skin, not being able to retain water, becomes dry, cracked, no longer soft.
Another reason may be rubbing: since our feet are always in contact with shoes, they can in fact be damaged in the long run.

If you want know some remedies for dry feet, know that there are several that simply include products that you probably already have at home, so that they are practically low cost.
The first is to do a mask with olive oil, cocoa butter and vitamin E. Just mix the three ingredients together and then use what comes out immediately after the shower. You can also leave these ingredients on overnight to enhance their effect.
The second is instead apply cucumber, olive oil and lemon. In this case, you need to take two small cucumbers, a little lemon juice and three tablespoons of olive oil. Just apply everything on the feet and leave it on for about ten minutes, then rinse everything with warm water.
The third remedy is to simply apply a vegetable oil mask. If you can do it every night, after a few days you will already have very soft feet.
Another alternative is to apply a mix of turmeric and chickpea flour. This recipe comes directly from the Middle East and is really very effective.
How to use it? Just apply some on your feet and rinse off after about 20 minutes. Immediately after, for an even more noticeable effect, you can apply some moisturizer. If your feet seem yellow at first, don’t worry: this is normal and the color will fade on its own after a few hours.
If you want to “cure” your dry feet, then, you cannot fail to consider also the action of oats, lemon juice and honey: Just take two tablespoons of the last ingredient and mix it with the other two, massage your feet and dry completely before washing everything off with warm water.
The last solution is to use coconut oil with shea butter and lavender essential oil. You will only have to massage your feet with this mix and leave it on for the whole night, wearing socks so as not to stain the sheets and waste product.
