Guacamole: the recipe
- 250g avocado
- 1 lime
- 50 g red pepper
- 10 g Tropea red onion
- 5 g chilli oil
- parsley to taste

- Peel and mash the avocado, add the lime juice, chilli oil, chopped parsley, diced onion and bell pepper. Season with salt and mix thoroughly to mix the ingredients.

How to store guacamole
