Kate Middleton and William are said to be "special supervisors" of Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Philip. The reason? They must not make the same mistakes that other young royalty have already made. And the thought goes to Harry and Meghan Markle.
This was reported by Tom Quinn, a court expert, during the Channel 5 documentary "William and Kate". Quinn claims that the Sovereign is concerned that recent mistakes made by young members of the Royal Family may occur. "He doesn't want them to happen again."
For this reason, Elizabeth and Philip keep the Dukes of Cambridge under control: "In the past they have done many things wrong and do not want this to be repeated", underlines the expert in the documentary.
Kensington Palace did not comment on the footage, although an official statement from Femail had been requested. But, veterans of the Tatler case where Kate had been targeted, the Dukes of Cambridge preferred to postpone.
Certainly the moment is delicate and William and Kate have intensified their commitments, also taking on new positions after Harry and Meghan Markle moved to Los Angeles.
William is second in line of succession to the throne. Elizabeth has just celebrated her 94th birthday with a reduced version of Trooping the Color, while her husband Filippo has just turned 99 years old. Hence the Sovereign's concern to leave a solid Monarchy with successors up to par.
Of course, helping William and Kate in their difficult task is the perfect harmony of couples that they have shown since the beginning of their marriage and that has been strengthening in recent times. After all, Diana's astrologer also predicted love and happiness.
Harmony in the family will allow Carlo's eldest son to fulfill his duties as King, at the right time, with more serenity and concentration.
