Training constantly is the best way to keep fit and fight aging. Here then is a special workout to live well and long, designed by Nicolò Famigliettibeauty & fitness trainer in Milan and Perugia.
We start by focusing on the reexpiration, taking deep diaphragmatic breaths. Then the training comes alive in an alternation of dynamic exercises and static exercises.
Jumping jacks follow one another, i.e. i hops with a toning effect, then squat iso, then squat add, sumo iso, cycle and crunch iso. We work the core muscles with the mountain climber simulating the climbing movementto finally close with the static plank, the king exercise for the abs.
The workout is to be repeated twice a week.
