Breakfast, a weapon for losing weight

According to Alexandra Muricier, dietitian-nutritionist, certain foods should be favored and others should be put aside.

We avoid sugar as much as possible in the morning, which increases blood sugar throughout the day and makes us want sugar throughout the day. Ideally, you should have a breakfast with a source of whole grains (whole grain bread for example), with avocado/turkey or unsweetened oilseed puree. You can add a fruit or a dairy product, as well as a drink, avoiding juice,” she assures.

You can also replace wholemeal bread with oats or wholemeal bread, rich in nutrients.

Instead of avocado or turkey, you can also choose smoked salmon, also rich in good fats.
