Taste quality available in “homemade” sparkling waters
Interviewed by Europe Info, Hervé Cabibbo, deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine, first spoke about the taste quality of homemade sparkling waters. According to him, the result of the tests carried out on 7 devices was “completely satisfactory” in terms of taste, “provided you have a tap water quality”. This may, in fact, vary depending on the region. Homemade devices also have a certain advantage, since it is possible to choose the bubble level according to individual preferences.
An ecological and economic scope that creates the difference
The other advantage that can tip the scales in favor of gasifiers is their ecological side, important for many consumers. Thus on its site, the leader in gasifiers, SodaStream, affirms that its solutions would save “in one month, around 28 disposable bottles” (for heavy drinkers Editor’s note).
