Yoghurt fruit popsicles, refreshing and light

In the summer, there is nothing better than yogurt fruit ice lollies to refresh yourself and satisfy your sweet tooth.

Light and low in calories, popsicles are a great alternative to ice cream, especially if you’re on a diet.

Preparing them at home is very simple, just have the appropriate ice lolly molds available. To make them nutritious, as well as refreshing, add yogurt, a fresh food suitable for everyone, adults and children.

Tips for making fruit popsicles

To have perfect yogurt fruit popsicles you need to take a few small steps. For example, fruit should be ripe to obtain a creamy consistency. If you like it, you can decide to leave a few whole pieces in the ice lolly: from an aesthetic point of view it will be very nice to look at, but above all it will be good to taste.

The ideal yogurt is white, whole or low-fat, but if you prefer tart flavors you can also use Greek yogurt. Finally, sugar: if the fruit you choose is sugary, you can also avoid including it in the recipe.
